  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Support the creation of long-term strategies and deliverables that articulate organizational objectives and recommendations
  - Manage work streams, including conducting research, interviews, and report-outs with leaders across the company
  - Conduct independent analysis to identify new growth opportunities and present actionable findings
  - Assist in converting strategic plans into initiatives for execution and inspire others to embrace the evolving strategy
  - Communicate the value and impact of MarketPoint initiatives to the broader organization
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
  - 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or relevant corporate strategy roles
  - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with slide design and storytelling with data
  - Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in managed care or provider sectors
  - Proven track record of setting and exceeding performance metrics with measurable results
  - Ideal candidates should live within 50 miles of Louisville, KY
