What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the creation of long-term strategies by developing high-quality, Board-ready deliverables
- Manage work streams within engagements, conducting research and analysis, and documenting key ideas and actions
- Conduct independent analysis to identify new growth opportunities and present actionable findings
- Assist in converting strategic plans into initiatives for execution and inspire others to embrace the evolving strategy
- Communicate the value and impact of initiatives to the broader organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
- 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with slide design and storytelling with data
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in managed care or the provider sector
- Proven track record of setting and exceeding performance metrics
- Ideal candidates should reside within 50 miles of Louisville, KY
