  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Support the creation of the long-term MarketPoint strategy by developing high-quality deliverables that frame organizational objectives, challenges, and recommendations
  - Manage work streams within engagements, including research, analysis, interviews, and documentation of key ideas and actions
  - Conduct independent analysis and modeling to identify new growth opportunities and present actionable findings
  - Assist in converting strategic plans into executable initiatives and inspire others to advance the strategy
  - Support leadership in communicating the value and impact of MarketPoint initiatives to the broader organization
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials
  - Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
  - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including slide design and data storytelling
  - Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in managed care or provider sectors
  - Proven track record of setting and exceeding performance metrics with measurable results
  - Residing within 50 miles of Louisville, KY
