What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the creation of long-term strategic plans by developing high-quality, Board-ready deliverables
- Manage work streams within engagements, including research, analysis, and documentation of key actions
- Conduct independent analysis to identify new growth opportunities and present actionable findings
- Assist in communicating the value and impact of initiatives to the broader organization
- Synthesize data into clear and concise outputs to influence strategic thinking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with familiarity in slide design and data storytelling
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines

- Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics and delivering measurable results
