What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct analysis and work streams within high-profile strategy projects
- Participate in interviews and working sessions with leaders across the organization
- Conduct industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis for insights
- Create high-quality analysis and deliverables framing objectives and recommendations
- Collaborate with team members and leaders company-wide
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding academic credentials
- 2+ years of full-time work experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform complex analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to build and maintain trust with business leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Managed care and/or healthcare services work experience
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior staff
