  The local internship program in Germany is a product of the group itself, run with a huge support from the Local HR. The main eligibility criteria for this internship is to be actively enrolled in university studies throughout the whole duration of the internship.   We have an exciting opportunity for a Growth Strategy internship within our team. We are looking for a student that will be enrolled at their university for the full duration of this 6-month internship. The successful candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills as they will be responsible for providing project support, market research and creating Board level updates.

  The key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support to ensure the success of existing strategy initiatives in alignment with Strategy 2030
  • Communicating and collaborating with multiple key stakeholders across the CDO organization and within regions
  • Supporting in the preparation of regular update materials for the CDO boards
  • Analyzing project progress
  • Conducting market analysis and analyzing data
  • Developing Power Point presentations to convey analysis results
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Planner, Sharepoint).
  • Providing general administrative support

  What do we need from you?

  
  

  • Previous data analysis and/or market research experience
  • Proven MS PowerPoint skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally with senior stakeholders
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English language
