      The hired candidate will have experience with electrical engineering, physics, and/or semiconductor characterization. The candidate must understand the fundamental principles of semiconductor processing, electrical testing of semiconductor devices, and/or semiconductor layout design. The candidate will work closely with process integration engineers, litho/patterning/unit process engineers, process assumption/ground rule engineers, layout designers and layout technicians to define the fail mode, test structures and analyze the post-tapeout electrical GRV data to feedback to program & ground rules towards successful GRV validation. The hired candidate must also possess strong analytical and design-of-experiment knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to articulate difficult concepts to an audience with diverse technical backgrounds. 1) Experience with advanced sub-micron semiconductor technology nodes, at least 1 years
      2) Good understanding of FMEA analysis concepts and different process fail modes
      3) Experience with ground/design rules validation or yield analysis, at least 1 year
      4) Experienced user of Cadence Virtuoso layout design tool
      5) Experienced user of Synopsys ICV or Calibre DRC checking tools
