      Overall role purpose

      The Go Beyond network strategy has a focus on growing and protecting our international business. Supporting both “grow” and “protect” elements of the network strategy and are critical components of new projects undertaken by GTIL, especially projects related to protecting the Brand and growing the business.

      This role will work with the Brand and International Marketing team on their IT portfolio of projects. This role will also work on projects as assigned by GTIL IT and prioritised by the GLT.

      Main responsibilities
      • Work with PMO Director to maintain project plans, track risk and issues, and coordinate status with technical roles for project leadership teams.
      • Assist with tracking and reporting on projects in the GTIL IT PMO portfolio.
      • Provide project management for small to mid-size projects as assigned by the PMO Director.
      • Assist in onboarding and training new project managers.
      • Bridge gaps between business and technology
      • Understand business process and data collection processes
      • Facilitate member firm discussions
      • Document business and technical requirements
      • Create artifacts to communicate requirements to stakeholders and downstream teams
      • Develop acceptance criteria for scoped efforts
      • Act as the liaison for project stakeholders and technical team

      Person specification

      • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to coalesce and present material in a concise understandable form to various target audiences
      • Quick learner and self-starter with the ability and confidence to execute their responsibilities with limited oversight
      • A problem solver creative in finding solutions to issues or approaches to meet a need
      • A team player willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed and able to adapt to changing priorities
      • Flexible; able to adapt to changing priorities
      Experience – Essential
      • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or related industry or some experience in project management
      • Experience in planning and reporting on a project
      • Experience using MS Project to plan and manage projects
      • Familiarity with the System Development Life Cycle
      • Familiarity with Agile development deliverables such as designs, requirements, test plans, bugs, and enhancements
      • Basic knowledge of creating a query to locate requested data from a tool such as MS Azure DevOps
      • Experience in working with a global, virtual team
      Experience – Desirable
      • Familiarity with professional services firms
