- Deal Structuring: Develop mutually beneficial partnership agreements,

- Legal Documents: Collaborate with legal counsel to draft and review
- Tiger Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional resources across GTM,
- Executive Management: Provide quarterly updates to the Senior Executive
- Sales Policy & Collateral: Create sales pitch decks, processes, and
- Business Insights: Monitor pipeline / KPIs, identify growth opportunities,
- Ideally in Austin, TX, but could be flexible for the perfect candidate
- Minimal travel will be required for conferences and team building activities

SailPoint is seeking a GTM Strategy Director to focus on
developing our business development strategy and building strategic partnerships
including joint product offerings and GTM activities. This is a high visibility role in
building a new team from scratch working closely with our President, CTO, CGO,
and COO.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the SailPoint Corporate Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission, along with potential eligibility for equity participation. SailPoint maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect SailPoint’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD):
$121,350 - $173,325 - $225,300Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee’s home location.
