      Overview

      Associate will be responsible for timely and accurate set-up of services supported in GTP department. Candidate must be technical, and a strong communicator. The position will require frequent interaction with internal and external clients. The associate will coordinate with GTP Implementation and Sales teams to setup services according to customized specifications and timelines. Job functions may vary, and other duties assigned based on business need.

      Responsibilities

      • Develop a thorough understanding of GTP services and products, documentation, policies, procedures, systems, and workflows.
      • Complete assignments and perform audit callbacks within service level timeframes, accurately, and satisfy policy and procedural requirements
      • Participate on internal customer calls and provide support for special/complex customer requests and products.
      • Provide consultation and support for complex customer onboarding to bank colleagues and customers
      • Research issues and provide resolution
      • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to both internal and external customers
      • Provide feedback on trends and escalate
      • Participate in inter-department projects
      • Provide support for other GTp departments when necessary

      Qualifications

      • 3 to 5 years of relevent customer service experience. High School Diploma required.
      • Strong technical aptitude. Candidate must be able to communicate clearly with all levels of Bank personnel and customers.
      • Must organize and coordinate multiple assignments and follow through to completion.
      • Candidate must be able to work under minimal supervision and work well under pressure.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment focused on meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
      • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overtime.
      • Good written and oral communication skills required.
      • Strong reasoning and analytical skills.
      • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
      • Must be PC literate and able to trouble-shoot routine PC challenges.

      Compensation

      The base pay range for this position is USD $21.00/Hr. - USD $26.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
