      Job Description

      Where and when could you start the internship with us?

      Starting from 26th February 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Accounting team.

      Key Accountabilities

      • Posting of Italian and foreign invoices in the SAP system
      • Posting of Italian and foreign invoices in Stealth system
      • Management of the approval workflow
      • Management of automatic data flows for invoices
      • Intercompany reconciliations check
      • Support for Digital Archiving

      What will you learn with us?

      • To be able to book all the types of vendor invoices using different tools
      • To analyze the operations during the end of month balance closing
      • To monitor the flow of the electronic invoice from the receipt to the fiscal archiving

      What are the basics?

      • You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Economics, Finance, Accounting.
      • Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus
      • Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required.
      • Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
      • Good interpersonal and communication skills
      • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

        How will the Recruitment process look like?
