      Job Description

      Where and when could you start the internship with us?

      Starting on May 27th, 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Digital team.

      Key Accountabilities

      • Planning user research (learning the UX research methodologies: UX benchmarking, deep interviews, usability tests, surveys, etc.)
      • How to present data with the correct storytelling, and how to impact the Digital Organization
      • Generating insights from data.

      What you will learn

      • Planning user research (learning the UX research methodologies: UX benchmarking, deep interviews, usability tests, surveys, etc.)
      • How to present data with the correct storytelling, and how to impact the Digital Organization
      • Generating insights from data (qualitative and quantitative)

      What are the basics?

      • Going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or recent graduation (past year) with successful studies in Psychology, Design, Industrial Design, Sociology, Marketing Design or related fields.
      • Previous extra-curricular or educational experience abroad
      • Fluency in English and Chinese will be considered a plus.
      • Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities
      • Good interpersonal and communication skills
      • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

      How will the Recruitment process look like?

      The selection process will be starting in April 2024
