      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond effectively to all inquiries and own customer issues from start to finish
      - Display a pleasant and courteous attitude towards customers and associates
      - Perform operating functions of telephone and computer systems to respond to inquiries
      - Verify and understand company policies and procedures
      - Accurate documentation of customer contacts and issue resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft products
      - Ability to learn and work in department operating systems including Oracle products
      - Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written
      - Basic math skills and sound judgment to provide resolution
      - High School diploma

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in customer service in the hospitality industry
