What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond effectively to all inquiries and own customer issues from start to finish
- Display a pleasant and courteous attitude towards customers and colleagues
- Utilize telephone and computer systems to respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online
- Verify and understand company policies and procedures
- Accurately document customer contacts and resolutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, and other Microsoft products
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
- Basic math skills for calculations
- Sound judgment and quick issue resolution abilities
- High school diploma required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry
