What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a courteous and efficient manner
- Utilize telephone and computer systems to respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer contacts and ensure timely responses
- Assist with reservations, enrollments, upgrades, and other related tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Teams
- Familiarity with department operating systems and tools
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
- Basic math skills and ability to make reasonable decisions
- Ability to multitask and provide accurate and detailed information
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to maintain confidentiality
- High School diploma required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Knowledge of Oracle products, NICE, and other industry-specific tools
