  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Serve as the voice of the company through various methods of telecommunication
  - Resolve grievances and deescalate conflicts through effective communication
  - Handle ticket and reservation inquiries, demonstrating knowledge of policies and special services
  - Provide information about seating, offers, programs, and company policies
  - Assist guests through chat software and route inquiries to appropriate departments
  - Manage incident cases and process credit card transactions
  - Anticipate guest needs and share information about stations and surrounding areas
  - Utilize software tools to assist guests and Station Operations teams
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 1 year of guest/customer service experience
  - Excellent verbal and listening skills
  - Proficient in computer skills and typing
  - Basic math skills
  - Minimum 18 years old
  - Availability for shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  - High School level English proficiency
  - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
