We are recruiting for Call Centre Advisors to join our Alton Hub! This role consists of delivering world class customer service through: phone calls, social media, live chat, emails and review sites:
What will you do?
· Respond to pre-visit enquires and post-visit feedback via all platforms to the highest quality and in a timely manner.
· Take ownership of feedback and suggest ideas to enhance the guest journey.
· Delivering personalised and memorable experiences to guests.
· Working in a fast-paced call centre environment.
Contracts will start from February 2024 until November 2024
