What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve guest issues related to bookings by providing timely and accurate information
- Respond to inquiries about group bookings and coordinate with guests and sales teams
- Record and track data related to group bookings and guest inquiries
- Support sites as a point of contact for guest issues during operational hours
- Communicate with sales and marketing to arrange special booking events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in customer service
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Suite is preferred
- Prior experience with payment processing systems, booking systems, CRM tools, or ticketing systems is a plus
- Prior experience with Go Ape operations is advantageous
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Go Ape's operations and services
- Experience using CRM and ticketing systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
