We are excited to announce an opening for a Guest Relations Associate to join our team at the Recreation Center. This role is supervised by the Recreation Coordinator – Facilities or the Recreation Supervisor – Facilities and involves assisting with the daily activities of the Front Desk. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and with varying levels of experience to apply for this position.

As a Guest Relations Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and human relations skills to all visitors of the Recreation Center. This will include tasks such as accurately operating a computerized cash register, providing citizens and other employees with accurate information, and resolving conflicts in a flexible and adept manner. You will work closely with our team in a team-oriented atmosphere, ensuring that all visitors have a positive experience at our Recreation Center.
