Job Description
Personal Qualifications: Guest Relations have a strong desire to relate to and work with
others. They possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive
image. Guest Relations find fulfillment in building personal relationships and providing
excellent support services. They are committed to doing whatever it takes to enhance the
dignity in people's lives.Professional Qualifications: Guest Relations have at least two years of work experience
directly relating to the public and possess strong math, grammar, reading, handwriting,
typing, secretarial, transcribing, ten-key and interpersonal skills gained through education
or work experience. They have strong computer skills to include Windows, Word, Excel,
Access, and PowerPoint. Guest Relations have an excellent record of being service
oriented, confidential and loyal and display a pleasant disposition when greeting guests
and team members and demonstrate effective telephone communication.Physical Requirements: Guest Relations understands the physical demands their jobs
require and realize they need to:
lift, push, pull and move equipment, supplies, etc.
lift a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds occasionally.
lift ten (10) pounds consistently.
be able to move and stretch in such a way as to be able to reach areas above their head
and below their waist.
go up and down stairs.
bend, stoop and twist frequently throughout the day.
see and hear well enough to answer phones, greet people and read
remain seated for up to four (4) hours at a time.
be able to drive a vehicle.
able to operate telephone switchboard, computer, copier, fax, calculator, and other
