      We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience while providing exceptional service.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations in a warm and efficient manner.
      • Secure payments, verify billing details, and process adjustments as needed.
      • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
      • Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
      • Maintain high-quality service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
      • Anticipate guest needs and implement creative solutions to exceed expectations.
      • Uphold brand standards and company policies while ensuring a welcoming and well-organized front desk environment.

      Qualifications:

      • A positive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for guest satisfaction.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
      • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
      • Proficiency in using hotel management software is a plus.
