      Job Description

      As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of connection for our guests and play a key role in shaping their overall experience. From arrival to departure, your professional, friendly manner and attention to detail will help ensure each stay is seamless and memorable. You’ll work collaboratively with all departments, respond to guest needs with efficiency, and consistently go above and beyond to exceed expectations.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes, always prioritising guest satisfaction
      • Promote and support Accor’s loyalty program by encouraging sign-ups and highlighting member benefits
      • Contribute to occupancy and revenue targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
      • Handle guest enquiries and incoming calls with professionalism and care
      • Deliver warm, personalised service that creates lasting positive impressions

      Qualifications

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer-facing hospitality role
      • Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
      • A strong guest-focused mindset with great attention to detail
      • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
