      Responsibilities

      • Greet guests warmly and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

      • Answer guest questions, offer local recommendations, and assist with reservations

      • Respond to guest concerns with patience, problem-solving, and a positive attitude

      • Process payments and manage accurate daily records and reports

      • Handle incoming calls, messages, and special requests

      • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction

      • Keep the front desk, lobby, and adjacent areas clean and well-stocked

      • Assist with food, beverage, or retail items sold at the front desk as needed

      • Follow all Hilton brand service standards, safety protocols, and front desk procedures

      Qualifications

      • High school diploma or equivalent required

      • Previous hotel, front desk, or customer service experience preferred

      • Comfortable using computers and hotel systems (training provided)

      • Able to remain on your feet for extended periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment

      • Friendly, reliable, and team-focused with strong communication skills

      • Must be available to work weekends and holidays
