Greet guests warmly and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

Answer guest questions, offer local recommendations, and assist with reservations

Respond to guest concerns with patience, problem-solving, and a positive attitude
-
Process payments and manage accurate daily records and reports
-
Handle incoming calls, messages, and special requests
-
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
-
Keep the front desk, lobby, and adjacent areas clean and well-stocked
-
Assist with food, beverage, or retail items sold at the front desk as needed
-
Follow all Hilton brand service standards, safety protocols, and front desk procedures
-
High school diploma or equivalent required
-
Previous hotel, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
-
Comfortable using computers and hotel systems (training provided)
-
Able to remain on your feet for extended periods and multitask in a fast-paced environment
-
Friendly, reliable, and team-focused with strong communication skills
-
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
