WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Answer incoming phone calls and online enquiries
• Log guest details and comments
• Schedule appointments for service
• Follow up with guests after their appointment to ensure satisfaction, and with those who missed their appointment
• Contact guests with current manufacturer or dealership promotions
  
  Schedule: Hours vary 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Monday-Friday; 3-4 early shifts of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm- 100% in office - no remote work available .
  Hourly pay based on experience.
