      Pay:

      $21.00/hr.

      Schedule Requirements:

      Days off: Sunday and Thursday

      Hours: 40 hours per week, rotational opening and closing shifts (8:00 AM-4:30 PM for open shifts; 10:30 AM-7:00 PM for close shifts).

      Summary:

      Ensures a friendly and receptive environment for guests and provides administrative support to the sales department through accurate recording of customer traffic and production of reports with critical sales process metrics.

      Supervisory Responsibilities:

      This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

      1. Performs opening and closing Guest Services procedures.
      2. Answers incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
      3. Directs calls to the appropriate personnel and takes accurate messages.
      4. Guides customers to the appropriate departments.
      5. Manages logs: desk, phone up, loaner agreements, dealer plates, and gas cards.
      6. Tracks and filters all incoming calls and messages.
      7. Communicates effectively with Guest Services Manager and Greeters.
      8. Reconciles and updates data entry in dealership software.
      9. Produces daily reports: Daily Update, Performance Metrics, and Guest Service reports.
      10. Walks around the showroom hourly to offer refreshments.
      11. Creates a warm, positive environment for guests, children, and teammates.
      12. Maintains cleanliness and comfort of the facility.
      13. Provides new hire Customer Management training upon request.
      14. Maintains CSI standards.
      15. Ensures an organized, clean, and safe work area.
      16. Participates in required training sessions.
      17. Records hours accurately in the timekeeping system.
      18. Follows safety rules and regulations.
      19. Demonstrates company core values.
      20. Complies with policies and procedures.
      21. Observes safety regulations at all times.
      22. Performs other duties as assigned.

      Education/Experience:

      Previous customer service experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required.

      Certificates and Licenses:

      • Valid Driver's License
      • Automobile Salesperson License

      Computer Skills:

      Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn dealership management systems and web applications.

      Communication Skills:

      Effective understanding and following of instructions; ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.

      Attendance Expectations:

      Regular and predictable attendance required; shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

      Physical Demands:

      Regularly talk and hear; frequently walk, stand, sit; use hands for handling and feeling.

      Environment Demands:

      Primarily in showroom or outdoor lot; includes clerical work and customer interaction; exposure to various environments.

      Verbal and Writing Ability:

      Ability to read and understand instructions, memos, and correspondence.

      Math Ability:

      Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations.

      Reasoning Ability:

      Apply common sense to understand instructions; handle standardized situations.

      The Guest Services Representative position includes a pay scale with base hourly pay of $21.00 and a bonus potential of up to $125 based on store performance.
