Job Description
- Req#: JR70163
- Greets patients and visitors with love and excellence and provides accurate, helpful information
- Partners with ChristianaCare caregivers such as patient guides, constables, patient escort, patient relations, nurse managers, volunteer coordinators/manager to provide exceptional experience.
- Completes assigned projects such as collating, typing, and processing visitor passes with other related duties as required.
- Receives, documents any lost or found property or answers any inquiries about lost and found property with the use of the Report to Learn (R2L) system, currently Newark and Wilmington campuses.
- Ensures the Information Desk Directories are maintained and are updated as needed.
- Advises the volunteers and Junior Board member’s daily assignments and answers any questions or inquiries they may have during their volunteer shift.
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Distribute visitor badges
- Keeps team members updated on current issues/concerns before leaving their shift.

Education an Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of customer service experience
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Hours: Must be available to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am - 8pm. Includes working every other weekend. Schedule may be adjusted based on department needs.
