Schedule: Part Time Days
Shift: Friday – 2PM-10PM Saturday –12:30PM-6:30PM OR Sunday-- 7:30AM-1:30PM Monday-- 11AM-7PM
The role you’ll contribute:
The Guest Services Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to members, providing check-in for members, enrolling new members, booking appointments, and cash, check, gift card and credit card transactions. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

* Presents and sells products and services to current and potential members.
* Processes all inquiries pertaining to membership while encouraging enrollment, and marketing the Fitness Centre. Makes sales calls during idle time and encourages retail sales to meet the monthly Pro Shop and membership sales goals.
* Efficient in operating Point of Sale (POS) transactions, cash handling, and banking out in CSI software system for check- in and pictures.
* Performs Spa booking procedures, educates guests about spa, and encourages spa club membership.
* Utilizes proper telephone etiquette.
* Organizes displays, restocks shelves and drinks, and keeps the environment clean and organized.
* Responsible for notifying the Engineering department for any work order, as well as, Environmental Services for any services needed.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
