Greet guests with eye contact, a smile, and a professional, genuine welcome.
Collaborate with departments including Travel and Accommodations, Transportation, Security, Registration, and Financial Counselors.
Assist guests with mobility needs (e.g., wheelchair escorts, oxygen tanks, luggage).
Provide information about local attractions and services.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced customer service environment (healthcare or hospitality preferred).
Some college coursework, preferably in Hospitality or Hotel Services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of local attractions and amenities.
Self-motivated with a strong attendance record.
Friendly, outgoing personality with a team-oriented mindset.
Adaptability to changing schedules and responsibilities.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
Basic typing and keyboarding skills.

Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday (24 hours per week)
Note: Schedule may include weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Flexibility is required, including occasional overnight or morning shifts on weekends. Schedule is subject to change based on business needs.Position Summary:
The Guest Services Representative provides exceptional service and support to patients, families, and visitors at the Guest Quarters and Hospital Concierge Desk. This role requires a warm, professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
