      Job Description

      The Guest Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in the success of the resort as an ambassador of the property representing the Guest Services Department. As part of the Auberge family you will be responsible for providing high-level service for our guests at Wildflower Farms. You will shine by being a motivated team player while driving results and providing outstanding guest service every day. The Guest Services Supervisors assist to lead the Front Office & Itinerary Design Pre Arrival aspects of the property.

      Core Responsibilities

      • Represent the Guest Services day to day operation by preparing the Front Office team for VIP Arrivals, Group Arrivals & Departures and more
      • Equip Front Office team with necessary support, resources and preparation to handle department specific billing issues, high expectation guests and all guest facing issues
      • Train Guest Services team members on daily and monthly training topics including safety and security protocols while enforcing department specific service standards
      • Enhance the quality of services provided and ensure existing procedures are in compliance with the rules and regulations per Company policies
      • Address guests concerns in a timely manner to ensure all requests are attended to for complete resolution
      • Assist Front Office management by providing support in the creation of weekly Front Office schedule
      • Participate in the daily, weekly and monthly department meetings and provide constructive feedback regarding performance of Guest Services' team
      • Work together with Front Office leadership to ensure all documents and materials are up to date
      • Delegate work according business demands and task priority
      • Inspire team environment and motivate others to deliver quality service
      • Provide clear communication to Front Office leadership regarding daily operations
      • Execute tasks assigned by Front Office leadership

      Pay Rate: $25/hr

      Qualifications

      • 2+ years experience in a luxury hotel or resort
      • Adaptability, strong organization and time management skills
      • Clear and strong communication, working with all departments of the hotel
      • Exercise the ability to supervise and lead a team of 10+
      • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts
