Skills Required:
• Functional knowledge of Guidewire Policy center implementation• Commercial insurance experience• At least 1 full-cycle Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation experience in Canada is mandatory• Experience in supporting the Integration requirements for Guidewire• Ability to work with business to translate the business needs to technical team• Agile implementation• Professional Certification in Guidewire PolicyCenter Business Analysis is preferred• A self-driven and highly analytical person who has worked in a multi-cultural, multi-vendor and multi-geography environment
Nice to have skills & experience:
• Guidewire Claims center implementation• Agile Product owner certified
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Participate in design thinking workshop and drive the functional solution components• Work with Project Sponsor to establish project scope• Create and execute test plans to ensure the solutions meet requirements, performance, and stability• Proactively recognize business trends and/or Company policies that affect Business Practices and make recommendations for process/system enhancements.
