What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to the design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of applications
- Support the development and maintenance of insurance system projects
- Collaborate with team members and IT colleagues to evaluate requirements and develop technical solutions
- Participate in problem-solving discussions and share ideas to improve system performance and functionality
- Apply and expand knowledge of technologies used for internet, intranet, and internal applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, technology, computer science, or equivalent work experience
- Solid knowledge of Java programming and Python
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to or interest in Guidewire Insurance Suite (experience preferred but not required)
