      Position Summary

      Job Purpose

      Leading the implementation of B2B marketing strategy for Built IN products by developing and following up projects, product launches and Kitchen channel marketing activities. Keep tracking of the trade marketing budget allocations of expenses together with Built In Marketing Manager and Head of Biz Planning, scheduling and making projects become concrete on the market.

      Role and Responsibilities

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Maintain and control all B2B Trade Marketing activities ensuring the alignment to Samsung’s HA strategies and guidelines, segmenting by B2B sales channel (Kitchen Manufacturers & Kitchen Distributors)
      • Planning and assigning POS (product display/mockup), Promotional and POP materials in the main distribution channels, segmenting by target group
      • Studying and applying the Showroom project with special customers
      • Coordinate and planning the trade marketing budget process with ownership
      • Managing online contents (products and brand), delivering to main partners’ website/platform/sns
      • Coordinate vertical digital projects, interacting with HA Digital Team and communication agencies
      • Supervise logistics of trade materials

      Skills and Qualifications

      Qualifications/Requirements:

      Educational Background: Master degree in Marketing specialization.

      Professional Background: more than 5 years exp in Built-In field in roles of Product Management/ Trade Marketing/Brand-Category Management roles.

      Computer Knowledge: Excellent Excel and Power Point required.

      Capability on reading sales & market data.

      Language Knowledge: Very good written and good spoken English.

      Travel required: 20% domestic transfers and 5% foreign transfers.

      Very good relational skills and proactive attitude.

      Time management.

      Well oriented to improve, learning in a stimulating environment and providing own added value to the team. Multicultural approach and attitude to work with a multi-team approach (internal & external)
