      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate workflow communications across HAI Program teams
      - Manage ongoing project progress and recommend solutions for implementation problems
      - Collaborate with external partners and vendors
      - Analyze quarterly milestones reports and adjust strategies accordingly
      - Prepare programmatic reports and assist with administrative activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in project/program management preferred
      - Experience in grants management and administration
      - Bachelor's degree in health/human services, public administration, or business
      - At least 2 years of relevant, full-time work experience strongly preferred
      - Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a health-related field
      - Prior experience working in a public health department
      - Strong relationship-building skills and experience working with senior management
      - Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
