Job Description

- Curation of appropriate UGC for potential inclusion in monthly NARS content calendars
- Support social media data collection and analysis on monthly data reports
- Assist in community management on NARS Global social media platforms
- Competitive research and analysis on social media & digitial projects
- Help brainstorm new content ideas for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- Support lo-fi content creation; example includes filming, video editing, and post-prodution
- Asset management and uploads to DAM and/or social media management platforms (Dash Hudson)
- Facilitation of product orders and shipments for artists, collaborating Creators and social shoots through shipment partner PIMS New York
- Administrative task assistance, including but not limited to: Facilitating meeting agendas, scheduling and/or approvals within social media management platforms Khoros and Dash Hudson, social media data collection
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior in college working towards a bachelor’s degree
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
- Energetic, self-motivated, results oriented
- Flexible and able to function in a fast-paced, safety-first work environment
- Have a passion for cosmetics, beauty industry and consistently keeping up-to-date with trends

Description:
The Shiseido Summer Internship program is a paid, full time 9-week program for college rising Juniors or Seniors starting June 3rd through August 2nd. We are committed to your professional development so during your time here, you can expect to participate in meaningful projects, networking, professional development workshops, speaker series, volunteer activities, and you will also have the opportunity to connect with your global peers across the world!
