      Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

      • Responsible for quality assurance for assigned hardware products
      • Work with suppliers on quality investigations and improvement opportunities.
      • Team member for quality improvement projects to increase customer satisfaction and reduce cost
      • Evaluate product and process changes for impact on quality
      • Participate in efforts to improve product quality and process capability
      • Assure compliance to internal SOPs and external regulations
      • Evaluate customer samples and trends to determine necessary actions/improvements
      • Assess and validate test methods and perform cross-over studies.
      • Help to foster a quality environment & mindset throughout the business
      • The applicant will work and interact with other functions (product development, manufacturing, regulatory, technical service, and business)
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and be process and system-oriented

      Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably electrical engineering

      Skills: ability to understand the workings of hardware devices, ability to work with cross-functional teams including suppliers, ability to prioritize multiple projects, detail-oriented and critical thinking, experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
