      Schedule: Sunday- Wednesday (7am- 6 pm)

      The Harvest Supervisor supervises, coordinates, and leads daily operations of the harvest team. Ensures processes and workflows are compliant with SOP’s and applicable MED regulations. Ensures tracking labeling of harvest batches. Responsibilities include leading and evaluating daily harvest activities and resources. Assists production management with workforce management and the development of SOP’s for the harvest team.

      KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Manages harvest schedules in coordination with management and other teams
      • Verifies all tags, strains, licenses, and batch IDs throughout the harvest process
      • Manages harvest equipment maintenance and repairs
      • Leads and evaluates daily operations of the harvest team
      • Reviews approves, and assists employees with timesheet entries and time-off requests
      • Assists management with workforce management efforts including the hiring, onboarding, and separation processes
      • Leads training and mentoring for team members, and assists with Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
      • Assists management with the evaluation and development of SOP's
      • Leads Harvest at all production locations
      • Other duties as assigned

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Must hold a valid, or receive, a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) employee badge
      • High School Diploma or equivalent education
      • 1 year of supervisory, senior, or lead-level experience
      • Strong communication skills
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      • Proficient computer skills including proficiency with Google Suite
      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
      • Cannabis experience
      • Experience operating and maintaining machinery
      • Knowledge of METRC
      • Knowledge of Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) compliance regulations

      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

      • Sitting and standing for extended periods
      • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs
      • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive motions, and carry boxes or items

      COMPENSATION DETAILS:

      • Pay range: $20.00 - $21.00; actual pay will be determined based on qualifications
      • Accrue paid time off (PTO) immediately; starting at 2 weeks per year.
      • Health, dental, vision, life, disability, accident, and critical illness insurance plans are available.
      • Retirement plans are available after 6 months of employment.
