Job Description
- Req#: JR55733
- Keep accurate inventories of packaging/cheese supplies
- Compliance to Saputo Food Safety policies.
- Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product
- Make out pallet tickets for each pallet
- Palletizing
- Place pallets in warehouse
- Ensure organization of the cooler
- Load products
- Handle and use cleaning chemicals
- Accurately complete all required paperwork and computer entries
- Safety inspections and checks on forklifts
- Verify pallet, box, tag, barcodes, and tally sheet information
- Other duties as assigned

Provides materials to production areas; transfers finished product to the warehouse; tags and puts away finished product as assigned. Is responsible for all finished products leaving palletizing area, all information on each pallet, reconciliation of all paperwork. Transport cheese to appropriate aging cells or specified area.

Must have a current forklift license.
Must be proficient with forklift safe operation.
Knowledge of production inventory control operations.
Proficient in use of the computer.
Must have a solid organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.
