  HAZMAT Customer Service Representative
  Minimum Qualifications Summary
  Certification & Education	High school education required Bachelor degree preferred Active Secret Clearance Possess a valid state driver’s license. Must meet the requirements to obtain and check out government vehicles / CESE for use in their official duties, if required License to operate a forklift Complete and maintain HAZMAT required training through Environmental Compliance Assessment, Training and Tracking System (ECATTS)
  Experience Required	Minimum five years’ warehousing and inventory management experience within the Department of Defense (DoD). Minimum one year experience managing HAZMAT.
  Job Objective
  This individual is responsible for warehouse management tasks such as receiving, stowage, receipt processing and HAZMAT program support
  Responsibilities
  • Maintain inventory control, sustainment, replenishment and issue of NSW hazardous material (HAZMAT) line items.
  • Provide customer service support for the HAZMAT program to include activities such as fulfilling customer requests, stowage and compatibility considerations, provide necessary documentation to support procurement, and all disposal/disposition of HAZMAT activities.
  • Researches and gathers all Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in support of HAZMAT program.
  • Maintain and inspect all HAZMAT spaces and keep them within Navy standards for inspections.
  Education & Certification
  • High school education required
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license.
  • Must meet the requirements to obtain and check out government vehicles / CESE for use in their official duties, if required
  • License to operate a forklift
  • Complete and maintain HAZMAT required training through Environmental Compliance Assessment, Training and Tracking System (ECATTS)
  Security Clearance
