What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review medical records to identify pertinent HCC codes
- Abstract appropriate information from medical records based on client guidelines
- Meet productivity and quality performance requirements
- Utilize Aquity applications to enter charts coded in real-time
- Participate in team meetings, training, and coding roundtables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold one of the following credentials: CPC, COC, CRC, CCS, RHIT, or RHIA
- Knowledge of Coding Clinic, CPT Assistant, and Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting
- Effective communication skills
- Professionalism, adaptability, and mutual respect
- Ability to maintain coding credentials

- Experience as a coder in a healthcare-related field
