      Job Description

      Our consultants are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by: providing project management, operational & administrative support enabling success of the Commercial organization. This individual will successfully handle tasks and projects with minimal management initiation or review, identifying process improvements and solutions to management.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Aggregating, tracking & submitting sales related expenses, budgets, & invoices
      • Launching & supporting new and existing sales & marketing related programs
      • Manage and support Sales & Marketing contracting process
      • Lead Sales & Marketing team logistics (registration, contracting, payments, travel) for local / regional sales related physician/patient conferences
      • Local and regional meetings support
      • Speaker programs support
      • Conferences support and other events (ad boards, trainings)
      • Sponsorships process & submissions
      • Work closely with the P2P and HCP leads
      • Support Thought Leader Liaison Team
      • HCP Management & event planning: HCP contracts, HCP payments, travel & accommodations, invoice tracking
      • Performing diverse, and often time-sensitive, administrative functions, projects, and tasks
      • Coordinating with select vendors to assist in sales & marketing projects ensuring company business needs are being met (i.e. meeting planning)
      • Ability to be physically present at the NY office location 3 times/week during regular company hours when required (at least once per month and for in person training, Greater NY candidates preferred)
      • All other duties as assigned

      EXPECT AT IONS OF THE JOB:

      • Travel: 3 days/week in NJ office required
      • Hours: 40+ hours per week. Full-time, salaried position.

      Qualifications

      MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

      • Bachelor’s Degree
      • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience is required in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries.
      • Prior experience managing diverse marketing related projects in the pharmaceutical or related field.
      • Ability to naturally partner, coordinate activities and advance project agenda with multiple teams, in all levels of an organization.
      • Prior experience with contracting, budgets, vendor management and supporting US pharmaceutical sales teams.
      • Demonstrated ability to work with external vendors.
      • Strong decision-making skills using all resources available.
      • Strong interpersonal skills.
      • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite including, Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and Power Point required.

      EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
