      Job summary

      United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust requires a Cancer Care Coordinator to support the Head & Neck Clinical Nurse Specialist Team.

      The successful candidate will work under the direction of the CNS Team to provide high-quality person-centred care to patients undertaking an assessment for a suspected and/or confirmed diagnosis.

      The role is currently for 30 hours per week substantive trust-wide.

      Main duties of the job

      The post holder will be an extended member of Head & Neck MDT, ensuring effective communication between our Tertiary providers, Primary Care and statutory and voluntary agencies. The role involves Holistic Needs Assessments, patient and colleague support.
