Owner is looking for a chef who is creative, talented and hands on. Someone who is a rising star in hot restaurants and can be collaborative with the owner. Must be up to date with the latest food trends and cooking techniques.
Someone who is willing to relocate to Kuwait - but will travel in the future as new restaurants open outside Kuwait. Alcohol is not legal in Kuwait, please be aware.
5000 - 8000 USD net salary per month based on experience

Trendy new restaurant group in Kuwait City with two concepts and expanding
Concept 1: Authentic American pitmaster BBQ restaurant
Concept 2: Upscale Grilled meat and seafood restaurant
Head Chef would be based at the new upscale grilled meat/seafood restaurant which focused on cooking on very high heat
Opportunity to oversee both restaurants eventually and create new concepts
