      About This Role

      Leads multiple large teams headed by Digital Product Management managers. Responsible for managing the entire product life cycle for certain product(s) (e.g., hardware, software, wireless, web products, etc.) from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and implement strategies for running the AECES DT organization, with a focus on growth and innovation.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-priority IoT initiatives utilizing Carrier’s carrier.io platform.
      • Represent the digital voice of customer with digital channel marketing expertise to aid in solution discovery and development.
      • Bridge business requirements across internal stakeholders e.g. Business segment owners, RC, Controls etc.
      • Support digital strategies tied to you channels (e.g., eCommerce acceleration and Distributor Customer Centricity)
      • Lead digital change management programs and publish global KPIs to accelerate technology adoption.
      • Stay current with industry trends and developments, incorporating best practices into the organization's strategy.
      • Drive change within the organization to adapt to evolving customer expectations and market conditions.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 10+ years of experience in software product management, demand generation and/or digital go to market.
      • Bachelor’s Degree.

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful growth strategies for a large organization.
      • Strong understanding of the IoT landscape and experience working with carrier.io or similar platforms.
      • Excellent collaboration and partnership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
      • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive change and innovation within an organization.
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to a wide range of stakeholders.
