Job Description

- Define and implement the strategic vision for Fund Administration in alignment with overall business objectives.
- Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of fund accounting, valuation, pricing, and reporting.
- Maintain the integrity of financial records and investor data, strengthening our clients’ confidence.
- Provide executive-level oversight to ensure compliance with FSCA, CISCA, FICA, IFRS, and other relevant frameworks.
- Lead strategic projects including system migrations, operating model changes, and process automation.
- Drive operational excellence and champion transformation and innovation in fund administration.
- Engage and collaborate with executive leadership, clients, regulators, trustees, asset managers, and service providers.
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Investment Management, or a related field.
- Industry certifications (SAICA Articles, CISI, or SAIFM) are a advantage.
- 5-8 years’ experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or related financial services.
- Exposure to collective investment schemes, pension funds, or unit trusts.
- Familiarity with leading fund accounting systems (HiPortfolio, InvestOne, Investran).
