      About the role

      To strengthen the interface between business areas and IT we have established Business Technology -units inside our IT organization. Our teams act as a hub to enable the business in initiatives from a portfolio, architecture, delivery, and operational perspective. We ensure collaboration, coordination, and alignment across the different business areas in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. We work in an ART set-up with close collaboration with our Claims-department, based on our approach to SAFe and agile ways of working.

      In our BizTech Claims-team we specifically work on digitalization and automation of the Claims handling process. This helps our customers and colleagues to more efficient claims handling and being able to help quicker, easier and with a higher customer satisfaction.

      • We practice Servant Leadership and believe in leading by example.
      • Stakeholder management and business empathy is essential to understand the business and what they need from us, while at the same time making sure we provide the correct, realistic and best technical solutions for them.
      • You will be the main point of contact when it comes to IT strategy, and you finest task will be to drive and structure change within the organization, constantly working with the team to increase professionalism.
      • Develop and maintain visible plans and roadmaps that align with both business and IT strategies, and effectively communicate these plans to stakeholders.

      The team consists of approx. 25 people, and it includes Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, a Tech Lead, a Release Train Engineer, a Business Solution Lead, a People Leader, and external consultants.

      About you

      We are open to different backgrounds, but we expect that you bring in-depth knowledge of management, leadership and digitalization. Your technical knowledge or/and business insights and experience allow you to set the direction and understand the needs of the business from a technology point of view. Business understanding and empathy is essential to bring development, operation, security and business closer together.

      Management of highly skilled technical specialists is your specialty and servant leadership is in your dna. We believe in trusting each other and taking responsibility. A part of this is also Stakeholder Management, where we believe in enablement, while at the same time being realistic about what the best solution might be.
