- Develop, maintain, and evolve a robust, scalable change management methodology
- Ensure alignment and integration of change approaches across all business areas and workstreams
- Define and enforce standards, tools, and templates for change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and workforce management and adoption tracking
- Monitor and report on change readiness and adoption metrics to program leadership
- Work closely with the Stella Leadership Team to ensure a change mindset in the program
- Support workstream leads in managing complex stakeholder landscapes and change resistance
- Manage the budget of own area within Stella
- Select, implement, and optimize digital tools that support change management activities (e.g., communication platforms, training management systems, feedback mechanisms)
- Drive automation and data-driven insights to improve change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement
- Manage a team of change, communication and training experts (3-5)
- Be part of Stella Overall Management Team
- Represent Stella in Top Management Meetings
- Proven experience leading change management methodology and tools in large-scale ERP transformations, preferably S/4HANA
- Deep understanding of change management principles, frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR), and digital adoption strategies
- Strong knowledge of business process transformation and enterprise-wide program delivery
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in matrix environments
- Familiarity with change management tools and platforms (e.g., SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, LMS).
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decision-making and continuous improvement
The purpose of this job is to lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of change management methodologies and tools to support the successful delivery of the global S/4HANA program and associated business transformation. It ensures consistent, effective, and scalable change approaches, especially in the areas of training, communication, and workforce management, enabling smooth adoption and embedding of new processes and technologies in the respective roll-out plants.
The role acts as a key member of the program leadership team, collaborating closely with workstream leads to drive program success beyond own area of responsibility.
This is a fixed-term position for approximately 2–3 years. The selected individual can be based at any Ahlstrom location in Europe and has the opportunity to work remotely or in a hybrid model. The role also requires some travel of up to 20% to support project needs.
We are looking for candidates with strong functional, process, or business backgrounds. Experience in leading and steering large teams will be considered an advantage.
