Job Description

- Setting the direction and approach for activities that support and drive our go to market operations, including: GTM (sales, partner, and customer success) operations, sales enablement and go-to-market analytics and systems
- Providing strategic and data-driven recommendations on how to enable TR (segments, sales teams, partner support teams) to better serve our customers
- Managing TR-wide processes and providing data and insights on activities such as pipeline management, forecasting and territory performance
- Serve in a leadership role for GTM initiatives: Channel Optimization, Modernize Salesforce and Commercial Simplification
- Provide segment leadership, best-in-class sales support to all of our customer segments and sub-segments across regions
- Provide our sales community, from managers to individual sales representatives, with training and development programs to help them over-deliver on their targets
- Serve as a change agent to help build advanced analytics into TR’s DNA by delivering on analytics for market opportunity, salesforce effectiveness, customer retention and entire customer lifecycle
- Ensure world-class decision support through data analytics and business insights
- Ensure a degree of standardization in sales and commercial practices across all segments and regions, while providing services that are sufficiently tailored to specific business needs
- Deliver services to the organization in a best-in-class and cost-effective way by transforming and simplifying the CE operating model
- GTM deliverables met as committed and planned
- Sufficient transparency into the sales pipeline to enable improved financial forecasting
- Day-to-day support to all of our customer segments and sub-segments across regions
- Data and analytics-based insights to enable our go-to-market units, including recommended use cases and translation into business actions
- Provide world class decision support to the segments through data analytics and business insights
- Salesforce equipped with the right skills and enablement to drive sales team success
- Commercial Excellence operating model deliverables met as committed and planned
- A strong track record of successful go-to-market/B2B sales experience, ideally including both frontline and sales leadership experience, within a leading SaaS business that provides multi-product solutions to corporate and mid-market clients
- Ability to lead and navigate through significant change
- Ability to lead a large, high-performing team and to develop future leaders
- Ability to empathize and build trust with leaders at the segment and sub-segment level
- Ability to work cross-functionally and navigate differing views about how best to reach a common goal
- Ability to lead large-scale and highly visible projects and programs

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The location(s) for this role include one or more of the following metro locations: Los Angeles, New York City, San Francisco, Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $244,000 - $366,000. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
