- Lead weekly and monthly budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with strategy.
- Oversee the development of sophisticated financial models for strategic decisions.
- Provide executive-level analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and interventions.
- Drive financial evaluation for new business initiatives and capital investments.
- Assess commercial proposals and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop comprehensive board papers and strategic performance reports.
- Direct projects to optimise financial systems and lead the finance team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- A CPA or CA qualification is essential.
- Proven years experience in commercial finance, with demonstrated experience in leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex financial modelling.
- Ability to seek out data from all sources to inform analysis and models
- Strong ability to create executive-level presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
- Proven experience in senior-level business partnering and influencing executives.
- Exceptional commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

In a hands-on capacity, you will drive the strategic direction of financial planning while getting into the details of advanced analysis and executive-level reporting, ensuring robust financial models and accurate forecasts. Playing a critical role in supporting and challenging business units, you will help them achieve their financial objectives in our performance-oriented and creative culture.
