What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the global policy and compliance strategy, advising the executive team on regulatory matters
- Develop scalable vetting and verification systems for Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs)
- Ensure compliance with international regulations, including AML, KYC, and GDPR
- Collaborate across departments to integrate regulatory requirements into business processes
- Represent the employer at industry forums and publish insights on corporate philanthropy trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years in corporate affairs, regulatory compliance, or public policy
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role in a global, tech-driven environment
- Extensive experience with multi-jurisdictional compliance, including GDPR and CCPA
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in the nonprofit sector or charitable giving regulations
- Experience with nonprofit vetting and due diligence frameworks at scale
- Expertise in cross-border payments and financial crime compliance
- Experience advising Fortune 500/1000 companies on CSR and ESG initiatives
- Previous roles in high-growth fintech or regulatory operations
