      Head of Corporate Services

      Salary: National – circa £100,000, London – Circa £120,000

      We are looking for a Head of Corporate Services to join our team!

      A bit about the job:

      As the Head of Corporate Services in Aviva your primary responsibilities include ensuring contractual compliance, managing budgets, and maintaining the service level across the UK and Ireland. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, providing them with clear direction on services, (Hard & Soft FM services, Catering, Front of House reception / Concierge team, and others). Your role involves leading all aspects of financial resources, managing internal controls, managing third parties and service partners, and ensuring a high-quality professional service to our colleagues. Your ability to lead change, manage performance, and foster a dynamic approach to Corporate Services will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency, and overall functionality. You will form part of the wider CS&R Leadership team and will deputise for the function Director as required.

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • Driving and leading Corporate Services Teams and directing its resources to deliver business objectives
      • Excellent leadership skills: direct management of team (c.5) and matrix management of a much larger group of Corporate Services Specialists and external suppliers
      • Creative problem solving; bring expertise in customer-centric design and agile methodologies, so we can find novel solutions to problems and deliver both value and results at pace
      • Experience of crafting an Operations strategy that matches forecast demand in a complex environment, across multiple business units and functions, satisfying all colleague needs whilst managing value and risk
      • Flawless collaborator (stakeholder) management: ability to skilfully communicate plans to audiences of varying degrees of seniority and technical knowledge, and gain agreement on what must be done now vs what can be improved later

      • National salary circa £100,000, London salary circa £120,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications,
